Many times our customers have asked us what it is like to grow your own vegetables, produce your own honey and how to take care of the environment. So, since there were so many requests, we thought about developing courses on the subject. Below you can find the courses that are now available, in the future there will be others. Stay tuned!
Gardening Course
INTRODUCTION TO GROWING YOUR OWN
This one-day course is designed as an introduction for potential new gardners interested in growing their own vegetable with less than 2 years’ experience.
The morning is a classroom lecture, and the afternoon is a practical demonstration within our gardenplot to allow you "hands on" experience.
We will cover all aspects of what you should be planting, soil conditions, seeds so that you understand the life cycle and learn to grow your own successfully.
Dress for the weather on the day but please wear stout boots or "wellies” and a packed lunch.
Course will run 10am till 4pm
£30.00 per person
£20.00 kids under 18y/o
